If you forgot your password follow these steps:
visit the log in page of your website
click "retrieve password".
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Reset Link - the link will be emailed immediately to the address associated with your account. This link will be good for 5 hours.
Click the link in the email to reset password
Enter username - which is your email address
Enter new password and confirm it
*Note: Some business email addresses get filtered often due to high company security. Be sure to check your spam folder if it does not show in your inbox.
