Refunds are set up at the event level:
Log in
In Dashboard find your event and select "Edit"
Click "Options" tab,
Check the allow refunds check box
Refund End Date - date when refunds are no longer available for that event (this is not required)
Refund Fee - enter a $ amount if there is a non refundable amount
Save
