24 hours after an order is left in the cart an email reminder will be sent to the user account reminding them of the pending order and to return to the site and complete.

The user has 72 hours to return and complete the order. If not, the auto processor will remove all pending items from the cart.

**If you have capacity set on your event at the event or age group level, pending orders that are not completed and cleaned out of a cart will create availability for that event. You will want to modify your capacity within the event accordingly.
